Kenneth Morrison brings a lifetime of business experience to iAqua. In 1947, he established an alfalfa processing business in Hastings, Nebraska, which became the largest operation of its kind in the United States. The company later expanded to include extensive livestock operations; production of corn, soybeans, rice, and cotton; aquaculture; fishmeal production and frozen food processing in the United States, Canada, Central and South America, and Malaysia.

From 1980 to 1998, Morrison operated a 2,000-ha integrated shrimp farm in Ecuador that included the first major hatchery and dedicated shrimp feed mill in the country. In 1999, he joined with George Chamberlain in Black Tiger Aquaculture, which they sold in 2004.

Among other awards, Morrison received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Global Aquaculture Alliance for his enduring contributions to the farmed seafood industry and long-term commitment to efficient, sustainable production.
